Ellis Park Players Club Card Rules
Participants must be of legal wagering age in the state of Kentucky.
Membership is limited to one card per person. Lost card will be subject to a replacement service charge.
The Ellis Park Players Club card is intended to be used by the member who originally receives the card.
Misuse of the card will result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points and all privileges associated with the card.
Cards, points, and benefits associated with the card are non-transferable and points may not be accrued or redeemed by distributing cards to other players. Such cards are subject to forfeiture without right of redemption.
Valid photo identification and/or drivers license is required to redeem points.
Players Club points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Ellis Park reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program.
Employees of Ellis Park are not eligible for membership.
Failure to present the card to a mutuel clerk before wagering or failure to properly swipe the card in a self service terminal will result in non-accumulation of points. Unacknowledged wagers will not earn points nor will points be credited.
Ellis Park is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards.
If the card has no activity for a period of 24 months, all points will be forfeited and Membership will be canceled.
Points may be redeemed only for items available at the time of redemption. No rain checks will be issued.
The Ellis Park Players Club reserves the right to limit the number of points or prizes a member may accumulate in one calendar year.
